The ideal candidate will have a professional phone manner and the ability to meet client needs.
- Follow up incoming enquiries with an organized and structured approach
- Handle client issues via phone, email and live chat
- Preparing and documenting client details in accurate manner
- Liaising with other teams in day-to-day processes
- Other associated functions as required.
Experience and Skills:
- Have proven previous customer services experience, preferably in the FX Industry
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have confident in dealing with people
