The ideal candidate will have a professional phone manner and the ability to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up incoming enquiries with an organized and structured approach
• Handle client issues via phone, email and live chat
• Preparing and documenting client details in accurate manner
• Liaising with other teams in day-to-day processes
• Other associated functions as required.

 Experience and Skills:

• Have proven previous customer services experience, preferably in the FX Industry
• Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have confident in dealing with people
