Trade with Hantec Markets (Australia) Pty Limited

(“HMA”, “we”, “our”, “us”) to receive Trading Credit

Terms and conditions:

  • Promotion period: from July 8, 2019 to Oct 8, 2019

 

  • The Trading Credit Promotion applies to all clients of Hantec Markets Australia Pty Limited (“HMA”).

 

  • A client can only apply for up to one trading account for this promotion.

 

  • During the promotion period, HMA’s new clients and existing clients are entitled to receive the trading credit for their active MT4 trading accounts.

 

  • If the client is an existing client who has already had one real trading account in HMA, the client  will obtain a corresponding credit reward which is USD$300 with a minimum deposit of USD$1000.

 

  • If a new client successfully opens a trading account, the client will obtain a corresponding credit reward which is USD$200.

 

  • Clients are responsible for notifying Customer Service in order to apply for credit rewards. Otherwise, no credit rewards will be transferred into accounts.

 

  • Credits can redeem cash bonus if the trading lots of any specified products meet the either one target level.

  • Credits will be removed whenever clients withdraw funds. There are two situations for the case:
  • If the target level of trading lots is not yet achieved, HMA will deem it as a waiver and cancel the credit rewards immediately without further notification.

 

  • If any target level of trading lots is achieved, cash bonus will be transferred into client accounts within 7 business days after meeting the target level.

 

  • When credits are expired, they will be removed from accounts. Clients need to manage their own accounts to make sure there are sufficient margin when the credits are removed after the expiry of credits. HMA is not responsible for any forced liquidation risk due to the removal of credit rewards.

 

  • Cash bonus will be deposited into the accounts of qualified clients within 7 business days after meeting the target level.

 

  • For the AUD trading account, HMA has the right to convert the amount into Australian dollars at the exchange rate of 0.70.

Notes

  • HMA reserves the rights to release or withhold any credits from clients’ accounts.

 

  • Circumstances of holding more than one campaign over a specified time period:
  • If more than one campaign is hold in the same period, relevant benefits should be subject to the rules of the specified campaigns.
  • The achievement of trading lots can only be applicable to one specified campaign.

 

  • Any trading that violate the fair use of credits, such as using accounts to hedge positions for taking advantage of credits, are prohibited. HMA will strictly monitor any cheating behavior. Once such behavior is identified, the credit transferred will be cancelled immediately.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

General Terms and Conditions for Promotions

  1. These General Promotion Terms and Conditions apply to all Hantec Markets Australia Pty Ltd (Hantec Markets Australia) promotions, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  2. The terms and conditions of a specific promotion (Specific Promotion Terms and Conditions) operate in addition to and to modify these General Promotion Terms and Conditions.  To the extent of any inconsistency the Specific Promotion Terms and Conditions will apply.
  3. A promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Specific Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  4. All Hantec Markets Australia promotions are only available in accordance with applicable laws in New South Wales, Australia.
  5. Hantec Markets Australia promotions are not designed to alter or modify a customer’s risk preference or encourage a customer to trade in a manner inconsistent with their own trading strategies.
  6. Customers should ensure that they operate their account in a manner consistent with their trading comfort level and risk preference, taking into account the value of their trades, volume and frequency.
  7. All Hantec Markets Australia promotions only apply to Standard Accounts (not Platinum Accounts) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Specific Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  8. Hantec Markets Australia reserves the sole discretion to cease offering a promotion at any time by providing 14 days’ notice.
  9. New accounts are subject to approval in accordance with Hantec Markets Australia's usual account opening procedure.
  10. By participating in a Hantec Markets Australia promotion, you warrant that you understand that trading FX and CFDs involves the risk of losing substantially more than your initial investment and that FX and CFDs do not provide investors with any rights to the underlying assets over which a position is taken.
  11. To the extent permitted by law, we, our related bodies corporate, employees, officers and contractors are not liable for any loss or damage arising in any way from or in connection to a promotion offered by Hantec Markets Australia.
  12. Hantec markets Australia makes no representation or warranty that any website, online platform or account connected with a promotion will operate free of error or without interruption.
  13. Hantec Markets Australia reserves the sole discretion to exclude a customer from any promotion if Hantec Markets Australia believes the customer may have undertaken any fraudulent activities or your actions are to be found in violation of Hantec Markets Australia’s terms and conditions, these General Promotion Terms and Conditions or any Specific Promotion Terms and Conditions.
  14. Subject to paragraph 15, Hantec Markets Australia may, at any time, outside the time in which a specific promotion is run, make changes to these General Promotion Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on Hantec Markets Australia website.  Customers are advised to review these General Promotion Terms and Conditions regularly.  By continued use of the Hantec Markets Australia website and services, customers are taken to accept any such modified terms.
  15. If you have entered into a promotion with Hantec Markets Australia and the parties have not yet fulfilled their respective obligations under that promotion, then any change made to the General Promotion Terms and Conditions described in clause 14 will not take effect in relation to that promotion.
  16. If these General Promotion Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than English, the English version shall prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
